Josh has over 25 years of litigation experience at both large and small law firms, over 17 years of technology experience as the founder of an Internet marketing agency, and over 8 years of mediation experience from participating in the mediated resolution of complex litigations.

Josh began his legal career as a bankruptcy associate at Kaye Scholer LLP (now Arnold & Porter Kaye Scholer LLP). He subsequently founded a legal marketing agency that serviced the online marketing needs of over 150 law firms and other professional service providers. In that capacity, among other legal tasks, he negotiated website development agreements, joint ventures, software licenses, and nondisclosure agreements, and resolved domain name and trademark disputes.

Josh remains the marketing partner at a securities class action firm, Wohl  & Fruchter LLP, that has secured over $325 million in settlements for clients together with co-counsel, primarily through mediation.

Josh is also the founder of PTC Law Matrix, a growing network that matches  companies and other organizations with pressing IP legal matters with experienced IP attorneys possessing relevant expertise in patent, trademark, copyright and trade secret law. 

Josh is a graduate of New York University School of Law. He also has rabbinic ordination and advanced commercial mediation training.

Josh has authored articles on specialized topics in bankruptcy law, and the intersection of American and Jewish law. He is also the author of a forthcoming anthology of ethical insights in the Talmud (following the 7-year page-a-day daf yomi cycle).

Josh is also the creator of Mailbox Pals, a portfolio of illustrated cartoon characters consisting of anthropomorphic letters and packages.
